The rental price for the studios starts from 130 PLN per hour, and it includes VAT! Of course, we can provide VAT invoices upon request.

The name of the room speaks for itself. It offers perfect natural lighting for boudoir photos and deep portraits. If you're not afraid of darker imagery, come on in! And don't forget to bring a towel... The NOIR room even comes with a shower!

Our makeup room is available free of charge for one hour before the photoshoot, allowing models to prepare for the session. Each additional hour costs 50 PLN. A perfect place to finalize your look before the camera!

Our Rules
By booking the studio, you agree to the studio rental rules.
- 1Operating Hours
- We're open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
- If you'd like to book a session outside these hours, please get in touch with us.
- 2Reservation Guidelines
- Our halls are available for rent starting from 1 hour.
- We encourage all our clients to use the Booksy platform for reservations. If you plan to rent the room for a period longer than 3 hours, please contact us to agree on the details and the booking price. A long-term booking requires a 50% prepayment.
- If a client fails to appear or cancels a reservation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the rental value. In case of force majeure, please contact us as soon as possible.
- For booking the studio for events, please contact us via email at studio@manhattanstudio.pl.
- 3Declared Time
- Access to the studios starts from the declared time in the reservation. If additional preparation time is needed for a session or event, please reserve extra time. We also ask to conclude the session in advance and tidy up within the declared time.
- 4Cyclorama Usage Rules
- Shoes used on the cyclorama must be clean!
- If the shoes are not new, soles should be wiped with wet wipes and taped with paper tape, which can be obtained from the receptionist.
- Any shoes with black soles must be taped with paper tape.
- Please do not drag furniture on the cyclorama, especially grey chairs, as they may leave marks. Lift and move the furniture instead.
- Significant contamination of the cyclorama may result in a fine of 200 PLN. Damaging the cyclorama will cost from 500 PLN.
- Unfortunately, we must decline dance shoots in high heels on the cyclorama. However, you can always make a video against the white wall with concrete floor in the WHITE room or choose the GREY room for dancing, where there are no restrictions on footwear.
- 5Maintaining Room Condition
- You are free to rearrange the space, including furniture layout, but please remember that you are also responsible for returning the room in the same condition as you received it.
- In case of inclement weather, we kindly request the use of indoor footwear.
- Using open flames in our studio is prohibited!
- Use of glitter in the rooms - 200 PLN.
- Cleaning the room after the session or event due to left mess - 200 PLN.
- 6Belongings
- Please do not forget things that you used for shoots, in order not to create nuisances to colleagues. We encourage you to start collecting your belongings well in advance!
- 7Hall Capacity
- Our rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. If you're planning a larger gathering, there will be a 50% increase in the rental fee.
- 8Code of Conduct
- We strive to create a friendly and safe environment. We reserve the right not to admit individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Individuals displaying aggressive behavior towards our staff or other guests will also be asked to leave the premises.
